The sun is shining, can I bask in it?
Part of our roof is retractable so on glorious days you will be able to enjoy the summer breeze. Our garden roof is clear, so gives the feeling of being outside come rain or shine.

How many bars are there?
We have 3 bars, one very large one in the garden & two inside the pub – one upstairs & one downstairs.

How many restaurants are there?
We have 3 amazing restaurants for you to try! Take a look at the ‘Eat & Drink’ section on our website for information on the restaurants’ & menus!

What about if we just want drinks?
You are more than welcome to just enjoy drinks.

Do you show sport?
Yes we do! Join us in our Games Room upstairs at The Prince. We have live showing of Premier League & EFL Football, Rugby, F1 action and much more. Please see more information & our sports schedule here: https://www.theprincelondon.com/live-sports/

Can we extend our lunch time booking into the evening?
If there is availability, we will do our best to accommodate you. please contact the reservations team who will discuss minimum spends with you.

Does all my party need to arrive at the booking time?
We ask that ALL of your party arrives within a 20-minute window of your allocated reservation time. We will do our best to seat late comers but cannot guarantee entry. If you are running late, please call the team on site using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email.

Someone in my party will arrive after the 20-minute window, is this ok?
If you have one or two people who might be a little later, please speak to the hosts on arrival & they will do their best to accommodate them.

We are running late for our booking! What shall we do?
Please give the team on site a call they will hold the table for you.

Do you accept walk-ins?
While we recommend booking ahead, we always do our best to accommodate walk-ins.
Please note; Saturdays after 7pm, walk-in entries are £8. Card Payment Only

Can I take food off site?
Yes, you can take away food at any time.

Are you wheelchair accessible? 
Yes, we are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Including toilet facilities. If you require any special assistance, please do let us know in advance.

Weekend Policy
Please note we are 21’s and over from 8pm on Fridays and all day on Saturdays. Valid ID will be required for entry into the premises. 
We also operate as 21’s and over on Bank Holiday Sundays.

Can I bring my baby/child with me?
Yes, we welcome children with open arms up until 6pm each day Sunday to Friday. We just ask that you make sure they are being supervised by an adult at all times. The Prince adopts this policy purely for the safety of children as evenings become very busy.

Do you have high chairs?
Yes, we do have highchairs available. You can either request this when booking or ask the host on arrival.

Can I bring a pushchair/buggy with me?
Yes, please let us know in advance & we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it.

Can I bring my own food or drink with me?
We don’t allow any external food or drink to be consumed on site. We also don’t allow any drinks that have been purchased onsite to be taken off site.

Can I bring a birthday cake with me?
Yes, please do let us know in advance! We don’t allow any external food or drink to be brought onsite, but we make an exception for Birthday cake!

We are celebrating an occasion; can we decorate our table? 
Yes! Balloons & banners most welcome but please no confetti or sparklers. We do not accept hen party paraphernalia.

Can I bring my dog with me? 
Small, well-behaved dogs on leads are generally welcome during the day. On our busier nights Thursday to Saturday, dogs are not permitted after 5pm – this is purely for their safety as these are very busy nights and we don’t want any little paws or tails accidentally stepped on! Entry of dogs is always at managements discretion, regardless of date and time. Please contact us if you have any questions about bringing your doggo with you.

Do your restaurants cater for allergies & intolerances?
Yes, but please make us aware in advance if you have a severe allergy as we will need to check with the restaurants if they are able to cater for you.

Can I pre-order drinks & food?
Yes when you make your reservation with us we will call you shortly after to discuss your requirements.

Can I run a tab?
Yes, you can, but this needs to be pre-arranged. Tabs can be run at your table or at the bar, please contact our reservations team for more information & to arrange.

Do you have a dress code?
The Prince operates a casual dress code policy during during the week. Saturday evenings are an opportunity to dress to impress for the occasion with a smart, chic and elegant dress code on Saturday evenings. We request that guests do not wear tracksuit bottoms, hoods, tank tops, caps, flip flops or sportswear. Shorts worn must be smart casual. Any decision of admission will be entirely at the discretion of the management.

I’m going to the game in my football shirt, can I wear this at your venue?
No football shirts/shorts/hats/scarfs can be worn inside the venue. Football/sports attire is only allowed in the Event of a Tournament. E.G: Euros, World Cup, Six Nations etc.

Will all the restaurants be open when I visit? 
At quieter times, some of our restaurants’ may be closed. There will always be at least two open.

Can we hire the venue exclusively? (Min 400 guests)

Are you taking bookings for Christmas?

Do you have a cloakroom?
Unfortunately, not, sorry!

I have a suitcase/bike/kitchen sink with me, do you have somewhere I can store this?
Unfortunately, we do not have any space to store large items – Sorry!

I think I have lost something at your venue, who do I contact?

Can I smoke on site?
We have a smoking area located at the front of the venue.

Do you accept cash?
We are a cashless venue.

Do you accept AMEX? 

Yes, we accept all cards, including AMEX.

Do you play music?
Yes! We have atmospheric music playing in the background and DJ’s on most Friday and Saturday evenings

Can we dance?
We don’t have a designated dance-floor, but we encourage dancing round your table – just please don’t dance on them!

Is there somewhere I can park?
We do not have a car park however, there are parking spaces on residential roads nearby; these are few are far between.

Do your restaurants serve Halal meat?
All our restaurants have Halal options available

What happens when I arrive?
Please find the reservations desk & they will direct you to your table & be on hand to help you with any requirements.

Do you have table service? 
We do provide table service in all areas of the venue Monday to Friday and Sunday. On Saturday we provide table service in all areas of the venue until 7pm, from 7pm only our garden area is self-service. Table service is offered in Pub area, Decking and Tudor room.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
