Is the site fully covered & protected from the elements?
Yes, we have cover throughout. The inside of the pub & the garden are enclosed.
The sun is shining, can I bask in it?
Part of our roof is retractable so on glorious days you will be able to enjoy the summer breeze. Our garden roof is clear, so gives the feeling of being outside come rain or shine.
It is raining, will I get wet?
No, we have you covered… quite literally!
Do you have a phone number?

How many bars are there?
We have 3 bars, one very large one in the garden & two inside the pub – one upstairs & one downstairs.
How many restaurants are there?
We have 4 amazing restaurants for you to try! Take a look at ‘The Food’ section on our website for information on the restaurants’ & menu!
What about if we just want drinks?
You are more than welcome to just enjoy drinks.
Do you show sport?
We do not usually show sport however we make exceptions for huge events. Please email email@example.com for more information.

How long can we have the table for?
We have two booking sessions –
If your booking is between 12 & 2:30pm we would ask for the table back for our evening bookings by 5pm. If your booking is from 5pm, you are welcome to have the table for the duration of the evening.
Can we extend our lunch time booking into the evening?
If there is availability we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact the reservations team in advance, on email@example.com.
You are fully booked on my requested date & time, is there any way I can get a table?
Yes, we quite often receive cancellations, so please do contact the reservations team on firstname.lastname@example.org & we will do our best to accommodate you or add you to the waiting list. Alternatively, we have walk in tables available which are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Does all my party need to arrive at the booking time?
We ask that all of your party arrives within a 30-minute window of your allocated reservation time. We will do our best to seat late comers but cannot guarantee entry. If you are running late, please call the team on site using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email.
Someone in my party will arrive after the 30-minute window, is this ok?
If you have one or two people who might be a little later, please speak to the hosts on arrival & they will do their best to accommodate them.
We are running late for our booking! What shall we do?
Please give the team on site a call or text on 07496 584766 & they will hold the table for you.
Can I take food off site?
Yes, you can take away food at any time.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Including toilet facilities. If you require any special assistance, please do let us know in advance.
Can I bring my baby/child with me?
Yes, we welcome children with open arms, we just ask that you make sure they are being supervised by an adult at all times. Please note that Monday – Sunday after 5pm, we kindly ask that we have no under 18’s on site – this is purely for their safety as these nights are busy.
Do you have high chairs?
Yes, we do have highchairs available. You can either request this when booking or ask the host on arrival.
Can I bring a pushchair/buggy with me?
Yes, please let us know in advance & we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it.
Can I bring my own food or drink with me?
We don’t allow any external food or drink to be consumed on site. We also don’t allow any drinks that have been purchased onsite to be taken off site.
Can I bring a birthday cake with me?
Yes, please do let us know in advance! We don’t allow any external food or drink to be brought onsite, but we make an exception for Birthday cake!
We are celebrating an occasion; can we decorate our table?
Yes! Balloons & banners most welcome but please no confetti.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow pet dogs onsite. If you have a guidance dog, please contact us.
Do your restaurants cater for allergies & intolerances?
Yes, but please make us aware in advance if you have a severe allergy as we will need to check with the restaurants if they are able to cater for you.
Can I pre-order drinks & food?
Yes please contact the team on 07496 584766 or email email@example.com and they will be able to help you with this.
Can I run a tab?
Yes, you can run a tab, but this needs to be pre-arranged & can only be used at the bar for drinks. Please contact the reservations team if you would like to run a tab.
Do you have a dress code?
We are relaxed! You can come as smart or as casual as you wish. No football shirts/shorts/hats/scarfs can be worn inside the venue.
I’m going to the game in my football shirt, can I wear this at your venue?
No football shirts/shorts/hats/scarfs can be worn inside the venue.
There are only two of us, do we need to book?
We only take reservations for a minimum of 4 people however we do have spaces for walk in guests & we will do our best to accommodate you.
Will all the restaurants be open when I visit?
At quieter times, some of our restaurants’ may be closed. There will always be at least two open.
Can we hire the venue exclusively? (Min 400 guests)

Are you taking bookings for Christmas?

Do you have a cloakroom?
Unfortunately, not, sorry!
I have a suitcase/bike/kitchen sink with me, do you have somewhere I can store this?
Unfortunately, we do not have any space to store large items – Sorry!
I think I have lost something at your venue, who do I contact?

Can I smoke on site?
We have a smoking area located at the front of the venue.
Do you accept cash?
I'm afraid not. We are a cashless venue.
Do you accept AMEX?
Yes, we accept all cards, including AMEX.
Do you play music?
Yes! We have atmospheric music playing in the background and DJ’s on most Friday and Saturday evenings
Can we dance?
We don’t have a designated dancefloor, but we encourage dancing round your table – just please don’t dance on them!
Is there somewhere I can park?
We do not have a car park however, there are parking spaces on residential roads nearby; these are few are far between.
Do your restaurants serve Halal meat?
Unfortunately, not but we do have lots of veggie & fish options.

What happens when I arrive?
Please find the reservations desk & they will direct you to your table & be on hand to help you with any requirements. Please also see our “how it works” page.
Do you have table service?
All our restaurants & bars are self-service. If you need any help with a large order, our team on site will help where possible.
What time do you close?
Our opening hours are -
- Monday – Tuesday: 12pm – 10.30pm
- Wednesday – Friday: 12pm - 11pm
- Saturday: 11am - 11pm
- Sunday: 11am - 10pm
*The bars close 30 minutes before the venue closes.
Glass and Straw policy?
We are unable to serve drinks in glass due to licencing restrictions. All of our glassware is made from polycarbonate which is fully recyclable and made from a natural resource. We also have bio-degradable straws which are only handed to customers on demand.
