Please inform us at least 72 hours before your reservation should you wish to cancel or amend the number of guests within your party (please note – increases in party sizes are subject to availability).
Please ensure you AND all of your party arrive within 30 minutes of your booking time. After which the spaces will be opened up to walk in guests on a first in, first serve basis. We will do our best to look after all of your party.
You will receive an email and text message 5 days prior to your booking asking you to confirm or cancel. We politely ask for your co-operation in this process to allow us to re-allocate your table to guests on our waiting list if you no longer require the booking.
Our tables are designed for large groups, if you are a party of 8 or less, you may be required to share with another group.
Our last service is half an hour before closing. Our team will start asking you to drink up at this time as we will require all guests offsite by our closing time.
If you make a lunch reservation for the weekend (between the hours of 12-2.30pm). We will require the table back by 5pm. If you would like to stay into the evening then please email firstname.lastname@example.org (please note – requests are subject to availability).
We welcome children with open arms, we just ask that you make sure they are being supervised by an adult at all times. Please note that Monday – Sunday after 5pm, we kindly ask that we have no under 18’s on site.
We reserve the right to request identification from you and your guests and to refuse entry. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol for you or someone else.
You and your guests are NOT permitted to bring any external drinks/food onsite.
You are welcome to take food away from the venue Monday – Friday 12-4pm.
